GK BEND: 100% Electric Press Brakes
Our GK BEND electric press brakes are redefining steel bending with exceptional precision. Powered by servo motors and belt transmission to minimize energy loss, these press brakes offer an extended stroke of 270 mm and a 600 mm throat, ensuring impressive structural stability with up to ten times less deformation than standard press brakes. Equipped with the LAZERsafe safety system, these press brakes provide continuous, safe, and efficient steel processing.
GK DSB: Drill & Saw Beamline
The GK DSB is designed to optimize profile machining, processing beams, angles, and tubes with an integrated drill and saw line for added versatility in steel processing. With three independent drilling heads and an automatic tool-changing system, it performs drilling, countersinking, threading, and marking. The saw is complemented by horizontal and four vertical clamps with hydraulic cylinders, ensuring secure positioning and multi-sided marking for maximum efficiency.
GK LASER: Tube Laser Cutting
Our GK LASER provides advanced tube laser cutting solutions for steel profiles, offering high-precision cuts on beams, angles, UPN, and tubes in round, square, and rectangular shapes up to 12 meters. Designed to maximize material usage and minimize waste, this laser cutting system includes a support mechanism that prevents deformation in long tubes and enables both straight and bevel cuts, ensuring optimal steel processing results.
